2 Test steps

for the test method of pendulum impact energy required to be tested in cold resistance, refer to gb8809 test method for pendulum impact resistance of plastic film

(1) cut samples

cut 20 pieces of 10cm 10cm samples from the surface of No. 1 and No. 2 samples respectively, and place them at 23 2 ℃ and 45%~55%rh for at least 4H

(2) thickness measurement

test the thickness of No. 1 and No. 2 samples respectively. Test a point at the center of each sample, and take the arithmetic mean of the test results of 20 samples for the thickness of the two samples

(3) low temperature treatment

randomly select 10 cut samples from each of the two samples and put them into the environment of -18 ℃ for low temperature treatment for 2h

(4) equipment calibration

choose a punch with appropriate diameter and impact range, so that the test result of the sample is between 10% and 90% of the selected range. The punch with a diameter of 12.7mm is selected for this test. The diameter of the clamp of the sample is 89mm, and the impact range is 3j Calibrate according to the use requirements of the equipment

(5) normal temperature sample test

clamp the sample piece in the equipment, step on the pneumatic pedal, and clamp the sample. Click the test option, the punch will fall and impact the sample, and the equipment will automatically display the test results of the sample. Repeat this operation until all 10 samples without low temperature treatment in samples 1 and 2 have been tested

(6) low temperature treatment sample test

after the low temperature treatment of the sample, take it out and test it according to the steps in (5)

II. Results and discussion
