The explosion took place on a bus at 5:31pm on Wednesday in Yancheng township, which is the county seat of Jiajiang.
A police investigation found that Lu Shibing, a 44-year-old man in Qianjin village in the county's Shunhe township, was the criminal suspect.Ahead of its official release
